Hello! I’m Mel, founder of

NorthCoast Property Management,LLC.

With nearly five years in the industry, I offer a fresh perspective while being eager to learn and adapt to any situation.

I started my journey as a vacation rental cleaner, learning from the inside out what is needed for proper management. Building trust with my clients and the guests is what helped me make the leap to a full spectrum property management business.

Today, I proudly manage eleven properties with a dedicated team of four part-time cleaners, and we’re excited to keep growing.

As NorthCoast locals and adventure enthusiasts, we’re passionate about creating memorable stays that keep our guests coming back.

We now offer personalized yoga classes , and guided hikes exclusively for our guests.
