How NorthCoast came to be.
Mel, the founder of NorthCoast, started the business in 2021 by personally cleaning vacation rental properties along the iconic North Shore of Lake Superior. Through five years of hard work, dedication, and building meaningful relationships with property owners, she earned their trust and saw an opportunity to grow.
Today, NorthCoast is a hands-on property management team overseeing a growing collection of properties along the North Shore, supported by a trusted network of professional cleaners who help us care for each property. While our core team remains intentionally small, we take pride in providing personalized service, reliable communication, and genuine attention to every home we manage.
As NorthCoast continues to grow, Mel is excited to expand services into Otter Tail and Becker Counties. Having grown up in this area, she is especially happy to be back, reconnecting with the community and bringing her experience and passion for property management to the people and property owners here. Returning to this wonderful area is more than a business expansion; it is an opportunity to serve a community that means so much to her.
